Personal Scenarios

Describe a time you had really good customer service.  What was so great about it?

Describe a time you faced an emergency situation.  How did you handle it?

Describe a situation when you didn’t agree with a co-worker or manager.  What did you do to resolve the situation?  What was the outcome?

Describe a time you went above and beyond in your customer service. What made your service so impeccable? Why did you go above this time?

Describe a time or situation where you had to deal with a difficult guest or customer.  What did you do to change the situation around?

Describe a time or situation where you had to act quickly with no direction?

Describe a situation or project you had to complete with no supervision or direction?

Describe a time when you had a hard time working with someone because they weren’t professional.  How did you handle it?

Describe a time or situation where you took the initiative.

Describe a time when you knew a fellow employee was being dishonest.  What did you do?

 

Possible Scenarios

What would you do if you worked with someone that wasn’t doing their portion of the work and just sat down?

What would you do if you saw a co-worker taking alcohol from the aircraft while on duty?

What would you do if a passenger came on board and appeared to be intoxicated?

What would you do if your co-workers got into a confrontation in front of passengers?

What would you do if a passenger yelled and curse at you?

What would you do if a passenger touched you inappropriately?

What would you do if a passenger refuse to comply with your instructions?

Why do you want to become a flight attendant?

What qualifications you have that would make you a good flight attendant? 

 

 

These are basic questions and should be answered in the STAR format. 

S – Situation:  Clearly and briefly describe your account of the situation

T – Task:  Describe the task at hand and what was the intended outcome.

A – Action:  Explain the action you took to complete the task.  If you had a plan, did you follow it?

R – Results:  What was the final result and did you accomplish the goal?
